Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and financial health.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the financial strategy of the organization.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage the finance team and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management based on financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial metrics to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Lead capital raising efforts to support the company's growth and expansion plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-17 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a senior management role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements in India.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing finance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or CFA is preferred.
