Chief Financial Officer/ Head of Finance

Position : CFO / Head – Finance

Location: Ahmedabad

We are a fast-growing industrial manufacturing and EPC company looking for a

CFO / Head – Finance to lead its finance function and support the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead finance strategy, controls, and governance

Manage banking relationships, limits, LC & BG

Oversee cash flow, working capital, and funding

Approve pricing, margins, and capex proposals

Present MIS and financials to MD / senior leadership

Ensure strong financial risk management and compliance

Who Should Apply

CA with approx. 15 years experience

Background in manufacturing / EPC / project businesses

Experience handling banking, working capital, MIS, and audits

Currently Finance Controller / AGM / DGM Finance / CFO (mid-size firm)

Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
