Chief Financial Officer

We are in search for Chief Financial Officer by a leading global company in the IT sector. The position is a part of the Top Management and reports to the Managing Director. The position is based in Bangalore, India.

The position is responsible leading the Finance and Accounts functions of the company for global operations and will manage a large team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the Managing Director
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks

You must be a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience with 2-3 years experience in leading the Finance & Accounts function of large organisations.
