Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
3. Oversee preparation of financial statements and reports
4. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
5. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
6. Monitor financial performance and key metrics
7. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
8. Handle taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance
9. Support business decisions with financial insights and analysis
10. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and stakeholders
11. Evaluate investments, funding, and expansion opportunities
12. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
13. Improve cost control and profitability
14. Drive internal controls and financial systems efficiency
15. Collaborate with leadership for overall business growth

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CA / CPA / CFA or MBA (Finance) preferred
• 12–15+ years of experience in finance, with leadership roles
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting
