Chief Financial Officer

Our Client is one of India's oldest and most respected engineering companies, manufacturing large and special-application centrifugal pumps for critical industries and government bodies. With 1000+ employees, two advanced manufacturing plants, exports to 40+ countries, and partnerships with NTPC, NPCIL, BHEL, Reliance, L&T, Adani, and more the company is scaling for its next phase of growth.

We're looking for an experienced CFO who is Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance function at a strategic level.

Full leadership of Accounts & Finance for a large manufacturing setup

Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance

Banking relations, credit facilities, loan structuring, treasury management

GST strategy, audits, assessments, and complete statutory compliance

Income Tax planning, representations, and risk mitigation

Balance sheet control, MIS, costing, and financial accuracy

Coordination with statutory/internal/government auditors

Representing the company with banks, auditors, clients, and EPC partners

CA with 1520+ years of experience in finance & accounts

Strong exposure to manufacturing finance (mandatory or highly preferred)

Deep expertise in banking, GST, Income Tax, financial governance

Ability to lead teams, strengthen systems, and influence strategy

Experience with EPC/engineering/industrial organizations is an added advantage
