Job Description :

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the complete Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, Commercial, Governance, and Strategic Planning functions for a multi-plant, growth-oriented organization. The role demands strong financial leadership, deep expertise in corporate finance, restructuring, compliance, and digital finance transformation. The CFO will partner closely with the MD/CMD and the leadership team to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency and financial robustness across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term business modelling to support strategic decision-making.

He must have experience working in listed companies with strong exposure to board meetings, driving board agenda, corporate governance and interactions with investors.

Oversee corporate finance including fundraising, financial restructuring, investor relations and due diligence.

Drive treasury operations including working capital optimization, cash-flow management, banking relationships, hedging and forex management.

Manage debt restructuring, refinancing, and financial instrument swaps to ensure optimized cost of funds.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal financial controls (IFC), taxation regulations and governance frameworks.

Lead consolidation of financial statements across plants and multiple global subsidiaries.

Strengthen MIS, costing, audit systems, and digital dashboards for real-time business insights.

Drive SAP/ERP finance module implementation, automation and process transformation.

Oversee legal, contracts, arbitration matters, and coordination with external legal and audit partners.

Provide financial leadership for new projects, capex evaluations, plant expansions and business transformation initiatives.

Build, mentor, and lead large, cross-functional finance teams with strong focus on capability-building and accountability
