Job Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors on financial matters.

Financial Planning and Analysis

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads, JV Partners, CEO, Board of Directors to develop realistic and achievable financial targets. Provide ongoing variance analysis and insights into financial performance to support decision-making.

Cash Flow Management

Prepare rolling weekly & monthly cash flow forecasts. Anticipate cash shortage and surplus. Scenario planning and stress testing for different business conditions. Aligning cash flow planning with business strategy and growth plans.

Financial Reporting

Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure reporting deadlines of both JD partners.

Tax Planning and DT/IDT Compliances

Oversee tax planning and compliance activities to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Work closely with external tax advisors and authorities as needed.

Financial Operations

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing. Implement efficient and effective financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Must have Attributes.

• 1.Corporate Finance includes strategic & finance business planning experience of atleast 10 years in Manufacturing.
• 2.Exposure to Export and Imports including related compliances such as FEMA, Transfer Pricing etc.
• 3.Sound Exposure to SAP or Equivalent ERP System
• 4.Excellent communication skills & Stakeholder Management
• 5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.

• Strong MIS and reporting experience
• Handling Audit Experience with Big 4.
