About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive long-term business growth. The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's financial planning, risk management, reporting, compliance, and investor relations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute financial strategies to support company goals and growth.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Oversee capital structure and advise on investment opportunities.

Financial Operations & Control

Lead accounting, treasury, taxation, and compliance functions.

Ensure accuracy of financial reporting in line with statutory regulations.

Establish strong internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.

Business Growth & Fundraising

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive business expansion.

Manage fundraising, investor relations, and relationships with banks/financial institutions.

Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build, mentor, and lead the finance team.

Present financial performance and strategy to the board, investors, and stakeholders.

Ensure clear communication across departments regarding financial goals and performance.

Technology & Process Improvement

Implement and optimize ERP/financial systems.

Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes.

Monitor industry trends and financial best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: CA/CPA/CMA/CFA or MBA (Finance).

Experience: 1220 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Proven track record in corporate finance, fundraising, and strategic planning.

Strong knowledge of taxation, corporate law, and compliance.

Experience in managing investor relations and board-level reporting.
