KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead all financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial risk management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and presentations for management and board reviews.
- Manage investor relations, banking relationships, and fundraising activities.
- Implement internal controls and process improvements for financial efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team across all verticals.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving measures, and profitability improvements.
- Support long-term strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
Qualification and Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance (Preferred CA).
- 1520 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
- Proven experience in financial planning, risk management, and business strategy.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in handling audits, financial restructuring, and investor management.
