Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head of Finance

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CFO / Head of Finance to lead our financial strategy as we scale our sports technology business globally. This is a key executive leadership role, working closely with the founding team to drive financial excellence at the intersection of sports and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Manage investor relations and support fundraising initiatives
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and financial discipline
- Partner with leadership on business growth, strategy, and M&A opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI – Mandatory
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience as CFO / VP Finance in technology or high-growth organizations
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, FP&A, and strategic planning
- Exposure to IPO processes and listed company operations will be an added advantage
