Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Surat, with some flexibility for remote work. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including driving strategic financial planning, preparing accurate financial statements, and leading budgeting and forecasting efforts. The CFO will ensure compliance with financial regulations, provide detailed financial reporting to stakeholders, and analyze financial performance to guide decision-making. You will act as a key partner to the executive team, contributing to the company's overall business strategy and long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and proficiency in managing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proven experience in Finance with advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage financial teams and processes
- Proficiency in financial software, tools, and technology
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance related to financial management and corporate governance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA is a plus)
- Experience in working with technology-driven industries, especially in robotics or R&D, is a plus
