Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Indore

Reporting To: CEO / Board of Directors

Industry: Manufacturing (Must have experience in Manufacturing Industry)

Budget of the position:- 45-60 LPA

Role Summary:

The CFO will oversee the organization's financial health, strategy, risk management, and compliance. The role involves financial planning, fundraising, cost optimization, and stakeholder management to drive business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance, and internal controls.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage fundraising and investor relations.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the finance team.
• Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Education: CA
• Experience: 15+ years in senior financial leadership, preferably in manufacturing.
• Expertise: Financial modeling, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
