Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. This role involves leading the finance team, designing and implementing financial controls, supporting strategic planning, and providing data-driven insights to senior leadership. The CFO will manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and contribute to business planning, risk management, and performance optimization. The position requires hands-on engagement with daily financial activities while maintaining a long-term focus on growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance, including Financial Planning and Financial Reporting, with the ability to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, assessing risks, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory frameworks relevant to corporate finance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance, or an equivalent advanced finance-related degree.
• Experience in a senior financial leadership role within a services or similar business environment is highly beneficial.
