Job Description

Reporting To: Board of Directors

Location: Delhi / NCR

Industry: Engineering, Infrastructure, and Management Consulting

Objective

To lead the Consulting division by driving strategic growth, acquiring high-value government and private sector projects, building influential networks, and ensuring delivery excellence. The CEO will act as the face of the company in strategic forums, manage business development, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Project Acquisition

Spearhead project acquisition by leveraging deep relationships with senior government officials, PSU heads, and private sector stakeholders.

Identify and convert new business opportunities in infrastructure, urban development,transportation, water, energy, and smart city projects.

Build and lead a high-performing team to scout, evaluate, and pitch for government tenders, PPPs, and strategic consulting mandates.

Own the division's P&L. Drive financial sustainability and profitability.

Networking & Relationship Management

Maintain active relationships with tendering authorities: municipal corporations, state and central ministries, urban development boards, etc.

Host and participate in high-level meetings, seminars, and business forums to enhance brand visibility and influence policy.

Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the company's long-term vision and business roadmap.

Drive growth through diversification into emerging consulting domains like ESG, Green Energy, and Digital Transformation.

Build and lead a leadership team that delivers on growth, margin, and project quality.

Operational Oversight

Oversee all consulting operations and ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Ensure internal systems are compliant with ISO, project audits, and QMS protocols.

Work with the HR, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless backend support to the project teams.

Key Requirements

Experience: 20+ years in consulting, infrastructure, or project development, with at least 5 years in a C-level role.

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Management, Urban Planning, or equivalent.
