The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-caliber, battle-tested Chief Executive Officer to take the helm of our specialized manufacturing facility. We produce high-precision plastic packaging tubes for the global Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical sectors—industries where quality, compliance, and efficiency are non-negotiable.

This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a General of operations who thrives on autonomy. You will be expected to own the P&L, master the shop floor, and navigate financial complexities with minimal hand-holding.

The Mandate: 90/10 Ownership

We operate on a high-trust, high-accountability model.

·        90% Independence: You are expected to resolve nearly all operational, technical, and human capital challenges independently.

·        10% Collaboration: Consultation with the Board is reserved strictly for high-level strategic pivots, massive capital expansions, or critical legal escalations.

Core Responsibilities

·        End-to-End Operations: Oversee the entire production lifecycle of plastic tube manufacturing, ensuring ISO and GMP standards are met for pharma-grade packaging.

·        Financial Stewardship: Independently manage Fund Planning and Capital Management. You will optimize cash flow, manage credit lines, and ensure the company remains lean and profitable.

·        Strategic Problem Solving: Diagnose bottlenecks in production, supply chain, or sales and fix them before they reach the Board's desk.

·        Daily Reporting: Maintain absolute transparency by submitting comprehensive daily operational and financial reports to the Company Director.

·        Human Capital: Lead, mentor, and, when necessary, course-correct department heads to ensure a culture of extreme ownership.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10+ years in Manufacturing (Plastic/Packaging preferred) with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership (GM/COO/CEO/President/Vice President/CSO/CBO/Business Unit Head) role.
• Technical Savvy: Basic knowledge of extrusion, injection molding, printing processes, and other machines required in the manufacturing of plastic packaging tubes.
• Financial Acumen: Expert-level knowledge of P&L management, working capital cycles, and CAPEX planning.
• Temperament: A fixer mindset. You don't bring problems to the Board; you bring solutions and results.
• Communication: Disciplined reporting habits and the ability to distill complex data into clear daily updates.
