Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead a reputed hospital in South Mumbai. This pivotal role demands full accountability for both Profit & Loss (P&L) and organizational growth, strategically balancing operational excellence, financial sustainability, clinical quality, ethics, and patient safety. The CEO will drive high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with 2025 healthcare regulations and championing digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Stewardship: Drive P&L accountability, managing revenue cycle, optimizing costs, controlling budgets (EBITDA, PAT), and ensuring debt management.
• Sustainable Growth: Lead expansion via new clinical specialties, market positioning, capacity increases (beds/clinics), M&A, and telemedicine platforms.
• Clinical Quality & Operations: Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, optimize occupancy/throughput, manage clinical outcomes, and balance quality with ethics and safety.
• Brand & Reputation: Act as the hospital's public face, manage PR/digital strategies, and build partnerships to expand brand visibility and credibility.
• Leadership & Compliance: Align all teams (clinicians, finance, admin), build a performance-driven culture, and ensure robust regulatory and medico-legal compliance.

• Proven experience with full P&L accountability and driving organizational growth in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial sustainability.
• Strong background in ensuring clinical quality, ethics, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Experience in expanding brand visibility through media engagement, thought leadership, and community presence.
• A track record of fostering alignment between diverse teams and managing crises effectively.
