Morning Brew Pvt. Ltd. is building one of India's most exciting new-age coffee brands — KOFFELO — with category-first innovations including India's first high-caffeine Cold Brew Coffee Shots and Instant Cold Brew Coffee Powder in sticks, alongside premium instant coffees.

We are looking for a hands-on, growth-oriented CEO with a strong background in Sales & Marketing, capable of scaling a consumer brand nationally and internationally.

Role Overview:

As CEO, you will own end-to-end business performance with a sharp focus on revenue growth, brand expansion, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale overall sales & marketing strategy across GT, MT, E-commerce, Q-commerce, HoReCa & exports
• Build and execute aggressive go-to-market (GTM) plans for rapid brand penetration
• Drive brand positioning, communication, and consumer engagement
• Build, mentor, and lead sales, marketing, and growth teams
• Own P&L, pricing, margins, and profitability
• Develop distributor, channel partner, and strategic alliances
• Work closely with founders on fundraising, investor discussions, and strategic expansion
• Convert innovation into commercial scale and repeat consumption

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• 10–15+ years of experience in the Coffee Industry (priority)
• Strong background in overall Sales & Marketing leadership
• Experience with coffee brands, roasters, instant coffee, RTD, or cold brew formats
• Proven ability to scale consumer brands nationally
• Strong understanding of Indian coffee consumption, channels, and trade margins
• Entrepreneurial mindset with execution focus
• Experience with D2C or modern trade coffee brands
