Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in New Delhi. The CEO will oversee the company's operations, providing strategic direction while ensuring long-term growth and sustainability. Responsibilities include spearheading financial planning, driving business development, enhancing operational efficiency, managing key stakeholder relationships, and implementing effective strategies to achieve organizational goals. The CEO will collaborate with the leadership team and board of directors to ensure alignment with the company's vision and mission.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance, including managing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and overseeing financial planning
- Proficiency in Operations Management to ensure organizational processes function efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in Business Planning, including setting objectives, allocating resources, and evaluating performance
- Proven experience in Sales and business development strategies to drive growth
- Exceptional Strategic Planning skills for long-term vision formulation and execution
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Significant experience in senior leadership roles, ideally within a similar industry
