We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead InsuranceManager.com, brand of RiverBank Insurance Brokers Pt. Ltd. into its next phase of growth. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced professional who can combine business growth, client advisory expertise, and operational excellence.
ROLE:
As the CEO, you will be shaping our organization's future, strengthen our market position, and build a high-impact, advisory-led insurance broking business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute the company's long-term strategy and growth roadmap.
- Drive business development across large corporates and SMEs.
- Lead high-value risk advisory & insurance consulting engagements with clients.
- Drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Implement the industry best practices across the functions and oversee operations, technology adoption, and servicing in the organisation to ensure efficiency, scalability and service quality.
- Guide teams on risk assessments, program structuring, and claims strategies.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and governance standards.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, seminars, and conferences.
- Build strong relationships with both insurance companies and prospective clients.
- Own P&L responsibility and lead financial planning.
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, broking operations, and risk advisory.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to drive organizational transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (IRDAI preferred).
- Financial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- High integrity, professionalism, and strong decision-making capability.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in corporate insurance broking / insurance / risk advisory.
- At least 5+ years in a senior leadership or CXO role.
