Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Hillarious Ayurveda, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and growth objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Gondia includes setting long-term vision, overseeing business planning, and driving organizational performance across research, product development, and market expansion. The CEO will manage key functions including finance, operations, and sales, monitor budgets and forecasts, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Daily responsibilities include leading senior leaders, reviewing business and financial reports, making data-informed decisions, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The CEO will also build partnerships, represent the organization to stakeholders, and foster a culture of innovation, ethical practice, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen with skills in Finance and Business Planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and organizational efficiency.
• Proven experience in Sales leadership, market development, and revenue growth.
• Advanced Strategic Planning abilities, including vision setting and execution.
• Prior experience in senior leadership or executive roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, make data-driven decisions, and manage change effectively.
• Relevant academic background in business, management, finance, or a related field; familiarity with Ayurveda or traditional medicine is an advantage.
