Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Overview:

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to Company. This role entails overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and maintaining its reputation as a leader in the structural steel fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, diversification, and innovation.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Implement best practices in manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain management.

1. Financial Oversight:

• Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Foster relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
