Role Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the strategic, financial, and operational direction of the company, driving growth and ensuring organizational success. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, leading cross-functional teams, analyzing market opportunities, and managing relationships with stakeholders. The CEO is also responsible for ensuring financial health and sustainable business practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the an US based AI company setting up operations in India.

Qualifications

• Experience of setting up and managing large Tech/Product Company
• Expertise in Financial Management and budgeting
• Proven leadership in Operations Management and Business Planning to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and execute long-term vision, while adapting to a rapidly changing business landscape.
• Minimum of 5 years of executive-level leadership experience, with a track record of measurable success.
• Experience of delivering AI Products and implementation
• An Engineering Degree is preferred.
