Role Overview
Kian Developers is seeking ahighly experienced, hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO)tobuild and lead the company from its formative stageinto a professionally managed, respected real-estate developer.
This role demands abuilder-operator mindset, not merely a steward of existing assets. The CEO will haveend-to-end responsibilityfor strategy, project execution, commercial performance, governance, and brand credibility.
The position reports directly to thePromoter Group / Board at Indo Group Holdings (IGH).
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define Kian Developerslong-term vision, development philosophy, and growth roadmap
- Establish clear positioning in the Pune residential real-estate market
- Translate promoter intent into executable, bankable strategies
2. Project Development & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the flagship project:
- Land evaluation & feasibility
- Product conceptualisation and master planning
- Design development with architects and consultants
- Statutory approvals and compliance
- Construction execution, quality control, and timelines
- Implement robust project management systems and controls
3. Commercial & Financial Oversight
- Own project economics, budgets, cash-flows, and profitability
- Structure funding strategies (equity, debt, project finance where required)
- Ensure disciplined cost control and risk management
- Work closely with IGH finance teams and external advisors
4. Sales, Marketing & Brand Building
- Define pricing, go-to-market strategy, and sales velocity targets
- Build a credible, premium-oriented brand identity for Kian Developers
- Oversee channel partners, sales teams, and customer engagement strategy
- Ensure strong post-sales governance and customer trust
5. Organisation Building
- Build and lead a lean, high-calibre core team (projects, sales, finance, legal)
- Set professional SOPs, reporting systems, and accountability structures
- Establish a culture of transparency, discipline, and long-term thinking
6. Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the principal interface with:
- Promoters & Board
- Regulators and statutory authorities
- Financial institutions and lenders
- Consultants, contractors, and partners
- Ensure strong corporate governance and compliance standards
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 20+ yearsof experience in Indian real-estate development
- Proven track record ofsuccessfully delivering residential or mixed-use projectsfrom concept to completion
- Prior experience asCEO / COO / Business Head / Project Directorin a reputed real-estate organisation
- Deep familiarity withPune real-estate marketpreferred
