BareBaby is hiring a Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through national launch and international expansion, working directly with the Founder.

We are looking for a highly experienced consumer brand leader who has built a brand from zero to significant scale. The product portfolio, regulatory approvals, and manufacturing are in place. This role owns the commercial business — brand, distribution, revenue, and team — across India and export markets.

Responsibilities

- Own the full P&L and drive the business to profitability
- Lead national go-to-market across D2C, quick-commerce, marketplaces, and pharma trade distribution
- Execute phased state-wise rollout across priority markets
- Build and lead the senior team across marketing, sales, supply chain, and trade
- Appoint and manage distributors, super stockists, and channel partners
- Protect brand positioning and clean-label integrity across all communication
- Lead the doctor channel — paediatrician and gynaecologist engagement
- Ensure regulatory compliance across FSSAI, IMS Act, and CODEX
- Drive international market entry into the Gulf, Singapore, and other Asian countries
- Support fundraising and investor relations alongside the Founder

Requirements

- 15+ years in Indian consumer brands with direct P&L ownership
- Proven track record building a brand from zero to significant scale
- Strong command of both D2C unit economics and physical trade distribution
- Experience building and retaining senior teams through a scale-up
- Working knowledge of the maternal and infant consumer journey
- Experience operating in a regulated product category
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required

Preferred

- Nutrition, FMCG, personal care, or pharma-adjacent consumer background
- Quick-commerce launch experience from inception
- Paediatric or doctor-channel detailing exposure
- Experience taking an Indian brand into GCC or UK markets
- Experience raising institutional capital
