Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and articulate the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the business.

2. Operational Management:

  • Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and profitability.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Ensure the company meets all regulatory and legal requirements.

3. Financial Oversight:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Work with CFO and finance teams to ensure financial health and sustainability.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Maintain strong relationships with the Board, investors, clients, partners, and employees.
  • Represent the company in public forums, industry events, and media interactions.
  • Foster a positive company culture aligned with core values and employee engagement.

5. Talent & Leadership Development:

  • Build and mentor an effective senior leadership team.
  • Promote succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with significant executive management responsibility.
  • Proven track record of leading organizations through growth, transformation, or turnaround.
  • Experience in the company's industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Visionary leadership with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
  • Sound understanding of corporate governance and risk management.
