About the Opportunity
We are building an institutional-grade private credit platform as part of a broader alternatives and wealth ecosystem. The focus is on creating a scalable credit business spanning origination, underwriting, and productisation for external investor capital (UHNI / family offices).
We are looking for a senior leader to build and lead the credit vertical from the ground up.
Role Mandate
- Lead the setup and scale-up of the private credit business
- Drive origination, underwriting, and execution of credit opportunities
- Build and manage a diversified credit portfolio (mid-market, structured, special situations)
- Design and institutionalise risk frameworks and credit processes
- Work closely with legal and structuring teams on deal execution
- Partner with the wealth/distribution team to package credit into investor-ready products (AIFs / structured deals)
- Build and lead a high-quality credit team over time
Ideal Profile
- 12–20+ years of experience in private credit / structured lending / corporate lending
- Currently in a senior role (Head / Director / MD – Credit, Investments, or Lending)
- Strong track record in underwriting and managing credit risk
- Experience handling external/institutional capital is a strong plus
- Background across NBFCs, credit funds, or structured finance platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch
