About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Design long-term strategies to scale (AUM) and expand the physical branch network.
- Financial Performance: Manage full P&L accountability, budgetary controls, and partner with the Board to secure cost-effective institutional funding.
- Risk & Compliance: Implement strict collateral management, credit controls, and branch vigilance systems to mitigate fraud and ensure absolute RBI compliance.
- Tech Adoption: Drive digital transformation, automation, and advanced gold valuation systems to optimize operational efficiency.
- Leadership: Build high-performing teams across operations, risk, and sales while providing transparent updates to the Board.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of senior leadership in financial services with a proven track record in Gold Loan portfolios.
- Education: MBA, Finance post-graduation, CA, or equivalent from a premier institution.
