Role Summary
The Internal Evangelist – Cloud & Managed Services is a strategic, customer-facing leadership role responsible for representing the organization in MSP business meetings, boardroom discussions, and CXO/CEO engagements. The role focuses on evangelizing cloud transformation, managed services value, and long-term digital partnership outcomes to customer leadership teams while aligning internal sales, pre-sales, and delivery functions for successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MSP business meetings, Executive Business Meetings (EBMs), QBRs, and boardroom presentations with CXO/CEO and senior management.
- Evangelize Cloud Adoption, Optimization, Security, Governance, and Managed Services strategy to customers.
- Translate technical cloud capabilities into clear business outcomes (ROI, TCO, risk reduction, agility).
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership and build long-term executive relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to align strategy with execution for large pursuits.
- Support large deal closures by presenting solution vision and managed services roadmap.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
- Conduct internal enablement sessions on cloud trends, case studies, and success stories.
- Represent the organization in strategic account reviews and leadership forums.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms and MSP operating models.
- Proven experience in handling CXO/Board-level conversations.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience engaging large enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MSP organization or Cloud SI partner
