Chief Design Officer - Real Estate

One of the leading Indian conglomerates with diversified portfolio and strong real estate presence is seeking an accomplished Chief Design Officer - Real Estate to lead the creative vision, architectural strategy, and design innovation for Pan-India projects.

The role requires a strong blend of creative excellence, technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and compliance with statutory norms in India. The CDO will ensure that the company's design philosophy aligns with its brand positioning, investor expectations, sustainability commitments, and profitability goals.

MUST Requirements:

• B.Arch./M. Arch from a premier institution; PG (Urban Design/Interior Architecture) preferred.
• 18+ years in architecture/design, with 8+ years in a national leadership role managing large-scale residential and multi-segment real estate projects.
• Proven track record in high-rise, township and mixed-use developments.
• Strong portfolio of built projects demonstrating design leadership.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, GIS tools, design detailing, material specification, and execution interface.
• Strong understanding of Structural and MEP integration.
