Chief Delivery Officer

Koynacass is seeking a qualified candidate for the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) role based in Bangalore for its GCC Customers. The ideal candidate should have 20 years of experience in the BFSI and Engineering GCC sectors, managing teams of 1500 to 2000 people over the past three years.

The CDO will lead the organization's entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring that projects, products, or services are executed efficiently and profitably while aligning with strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivery Leadership: Oversee project/service delivery across all engagements, ensuring quality, timely completion, and adherence to budgets (250 to 300 million USD).

- Strategy & Operations: Develop delivery strategies, implement best practices, and manage P&L for delivery.

- Talent Management: Build, mentor, and retain high-performing global delivery teams.

- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with executive clients and serve as a strategic advisor.

- Business Growth: Collaborate with Sales on presales, solutioning, and drive revenue through delivery excellence.

- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and performance metrics.

Core focus areas include managing the end-to-end lifecycle of delivery, ensuring scalability and predictability, and bridging technology, operations, sales, and customer success.

Typical qualifications include a BE and MTech, proven executive leadership in large-scale delivery/operations, strong financial acumen, expertise in IT services, Cloud, AI, ERP, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
