Job Title: Chief Creative Officer (CCO)

Role Overview
The Chief Creative Officer (CCO) will be responsible for defining and leading the overall creative vision of the organization, ensuring all brand communications are innovative, impactful, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on creative leader who understands the nuances of real estate marketing, storytelling, and consumer behaviour, and can translate them into compelling campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Vision
Define and drive the creative direction and philosophy of the agency
Build and maintain a strong, differentiated creative identity for all client brands
Ensure all output meets high standards of creativity, innovation, and effectiveness Campaign Strategy & Execution
Lead conceptualization of integrated 360° campaigns (print, digital, film, experiential)
Translate real estate insights and market trends into impactful creative ideas
Oversee end-to-end execution from ideation to final delivery Client & Brand Strategy
Partner with clients to understand their brand vision, positioning, and business goals
Present and pitch high-impact creative strategies and campaigns
Act as a strategic advisor on branding, storytelling, and communication Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, video editors, and creative strategists
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creative excellence
Build scalable creative processes and workflows Innovation & Digital Transformation
Drive adoption of new-age storytelling formats (AI-led creativity, immersive content, VR, films)
Stay ahead of industry trends, design evolution, and digital innovation
Introduce cutting-edge ideas to enhance brand engagement Business & Growth Alignment
Collaborate with leadership to align creative output with revenue and growth goals Contribute to new business development, pitches, and client acquisition
Ensure creative strategies deliver measurable impact (leads, engagement, conversions) Key Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in advertising / creative agencies
Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role (Creative Director / Group Creative Director / CCO) Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and brand-building work
Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or premium brands preferred
Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology
