Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate Governance:
Ensure adherence to corporate governance principles and ethical business practices.
Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, promoting transparency.
Stakeholder Management:
Foster relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Act as the primary representative of the company in public affairs, advocacy & CSR initiatives.
Public Relations Strategy:
Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation.
Coordinate media relations, public announcements, and crisis management communications and CSR related outreach.
Quality Assurance in Administration:
Oversee administrative processes to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives within administrative functions for increased efficiency.
Internal & External Communication:
Oversee internal communication systems to ensure transparency and employee engagement.
Maintain consistency in messaging across all external communication channels.
Crisis Management:
Develop and lead crisis management plans to address potential disruptions.
Ensure a proactive approach to crisis preparedness with established protocols.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Law, or a related field. Additional certifications in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, or Regulatory Affairs are preferred.
