We are looking for a leader as Chief Communications Officer for Aluminium Business
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Spearhead business wide communication and branding strategy, aligning financial narrative, stakeholder engagement, and public positioning with the Aluminium Business vision, transformation agenda, and growth priorities
- Establish a distinctive and consistent brand architecture by integrating external communications, ESG storytelling, and executive messaging across media, digital, and stakeholder platforms
- Drive strategic public affairs and stakeholder engagement by strengthening relationships with media, government bodies, industry associations, and key influencers to enhance enterprise reputation and policy alignment
- Anchor integrated internal and external communications framework, ensuring transparency, alignment, and narrative cohesion across leadership communication, workforce engagement, and external disclosures
- Lead reputation management and crisis communication preparedness through proactive issues management, transformation communications, and high-impact PR initiatives to safeguard and elevate brand credibility
- Oversee the digital and social media ecosystem, ensuring strong engagement, real-time sentiment tracking, and effective narrative shaping to reinforce market perception and stakeholder trust
- Monitor industry dynamics, public sentiment, and competitive positioning to continuously refine communication strategy, strengthen reputation risk mitigation, and enhance long-term brand equity
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in mass communication, Journalism or Public Relations.
- Exposure in branding, corporate communications PR and digital media.
- Good verbal communication (Preferred language as Odia, Hindi) and stakeholder coordination skills
