Aasvaa Innovation Labs builds domain-focused AI platforms for law, governance, and enterprises.

Our core products include:

• JustifyAI – AI-powered legal research, drafting & judgment intelligence platform

• Manthaan OS – A platform to build and deploy domain-specific AI workflows

We are already:

• Running government pilots

• Opening enterprise & law firm PoCs

• Positioning for India-first → global expansion

This role is for a true business co-founder, not a hired CXO.

Role Overview

As CBO & Co-Founder, you will own revenue, partnerships, and GTM execution across:

• Large & mid-size law firms

• PSUs, ministries, courts, regulators

• Enterprises with legal, compliance, and policy functions

You will work directly with the Founder & product team to convert AI capability into repeatable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & GTM Ownership

• Design and execute B2B & B2G go-to-market strategy

• Build PoC → Pilot → Annual Contract conversion playbooks

• Drive enterprise deal cycles (₹25L – ₹5Cr+ ticket sizes)

• Define pricing, packaging, AMC & long-term contracts

2. Government & Institutional Sales

• Lead government relationships (Central, State, PSUs, regulators)

• Navigate RFPs, tenders, pilots, MoUs, and procurement

• Build long-term institutional adoption pathways (not one-off projects)

• Leverage policy, digital governance & AI missions

3. LegalTech Market Expansion

• Own relationships with:

• Managing Partners

• Practice Heads

• Legal Ops & GC offices

• Position JustifyAI as mission-critical legal infrastructure, not tooling

• Build advisory councils with senior lawyers & ex-judiciary

4. Partnerships & Ecosystem

• Forge partnerships with:

• Legal publishers & databases

• SI partners & IT vendors

• Government implementation agencies

• Drive rebranding, white-label & OEM deals

5. Strategic Leadership (Founder-Level)

• Shape company vision, roadmap priorities & expansion strategy

• Support fundraising discussions with VCs, angels, and strategic investors

• Represent Aasvaa at policy forums, conferences & closed-door meetings

• Build and lead sales & partnerships teams over time

Who Should Apply (Ideal Profile)

Must-Have

• 8–15+ years in B2B / B2G / Enterprise sales

• Strong exposure to Legal, GovTech, RegTech, Enterprise SaaS or AI

• Proven experience closing large, long-cycle deals

• Deep comfort with bureaucracy, decision hierarchies & procurement

• Strategic mindset with execution discipline

Highly Preferred

• Background in:

• Legal industry (law firms, courts, legal publishers)

• Government consulting, PSU sales, or e-Gov projects

• Existing network across:

• Law firms

• Ministries / PSUs

• CXOs / General Counsels

• Prior startup or founding experience
