This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, for the role of Chief Business Officer. The Chief Business Officer will oversee business development initiatives, drive strategic business decisions, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Key responsibilities also include developing financial strategies, analyzing business performance, managing resources efficiently, and fostering partnerships to expand market presence. The role demands a strong ability to consult with stakeholders and align business goals with broader organizational vision.

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
• Expertise in Finance, including the development and implementation of financial strategies
• Proven experience in Business Development, identifying growth opportunities, and driving results
• Solid background in Consulting or Management Consulting, with a demonstrated ability to provide actionable recommendations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in understanding the financial needs of SMEs, MSMEs, and retailers is a strong advantage
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
