About the Opportunity
We are a stealth-mode AI startup building a global AI Consulting business for enterprise customers.
We are looking for a Business Leader who will own and scale the entire AI Consulting vertical—working directly with founders to drive revenue, strategy, and execution.
This is a foundational leadership role with full accountability for building a high-growth consulting business from the ground up.
What You'll Own
- Full P&L ownership of the AI Consulting business
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across global enterprise markets : India / Middle East / South East Asia.
- Build and scale enterprise sales, pre-sales, and partnerships functions
- Drive large deal closures with enterprise customers (multi-million dollar engagements)
- Establish and expand strategic partnerships (SI partners, tech ecosystem, enterprise alliances)
- Work closely with AI/Engineering leadership to align capabilities with market demand
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performance teams across sales, solutions, and delivery
- Identify high-value AI use cases across industries and convert them into scalable offerings
- Represent the company in CXO-level discussions, industry forums, and key client engagements
What We're Looking For :
12–20 years of experience across:
- Technology (early career foundation)
- Enterprise Sales / Pre-sales
- Partnerships / Alliances
- Business Leadership with P&L ownership
- Proven track record of building and scaling consulting or services businesses
- Strong understanding of:
- AI / Data / Analytics / Digital Transformation
- Enterprise buying cycles and large deal structures
- Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and building long-term client relationships
- Experience working with or competing against global consulting/SI firms
- Ability to operate in 0→1 and 1→10 environments
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Started career as an engineer or in a technical role, with strong problem-solving foundations
- Transitioned into client-facing roles (sales / pre-sales / consulting)
- Has led cross-functional teams and owned revenue/business outcomes
- Brings a strong network across enterprise clients and ecosystem partners
- Combines strategic thinking with execution rigor
