Role Snapshot
- End-to-end responsibility for large-scale projects across Developer, Data Center, Healthcare (Hospitals), and Hospitality typologies.
- Lead design strategy, coordination, and delivery across all project stages.
- Ensure high-quality built outcomes, delivered on time and within planned budgets.
- Drive project profitability through effective planning, resourcing, and risk management.
- Conduct site analysis and ensure strong design-to-execution alignment.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive design portfolios and project documentation.
- Ensure design fidelity during execution, responding to site queries and WSRs.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate them early to avoid client issues.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships, driving repeat business.
- Mentor, guide, and grow project teams, ensuring motivation and high performance.
- Review project performance post-completion to improve future delivery.
- Support project publications (internal and external).
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Architecture.
- 10–16 years of experience, with strong exposure to large-scale projects across Developer, Data Center, Healthcare (Hospitals), and Hospitality typologies.
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end project ownership.
- Strong understanding of design development, execution, and applicable national codes.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and internal teams.
- Commercial acumen with a clear focus on profitability and project delivery.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
