Role Overview
The CAIO will lead Roswalt Realty's AI agenda across the entire organization. The role demands a rare combination of technical depth, strategic thinking, product vision, execution capability, and leadership maturity.
The ideal candidate should be capable of translating complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven systems while building and leading a world-class AI team.
You will work directly with the Chairman and leadership team to define the company's long-term AI roadmap and establish Roswalt as one of the most technology-forward real estate brands in the market.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute Roswalt's AI vision and roadmap
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across the business ecosystem
- Build scalable AI capabilities aligned with business priorities
- Lead AI transformation initiatives across departments
AI Product Development
- Architect and deploy production-grade AI systems
- Lead development of AI-driven platforms and automation systems
- Oversee implementation of LLMs, RAG systems, predictive intelligence, and agentic AI frameworks
- Ensure scalability, reliability, governance, and measurable impact of all AI deployments
Business Intelligence & Innovation
- Build AI-driven solutions for:
- Lead Intelligence & Predictive Sales
- Legal & Document Automation
- Construction & Site Intelligence
- Financial Forecasting & Risk Intelligence
- Customer Experience & Conversational AI
- Internal Productivity & Knowledge Systems
Team Building & AI Culture
- Build and scale a high-performance AI team
- Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Mentor AI engineers, ML engineers, and data infrastructure teams
- Create a culture of innovation, experimentation, and execution
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with leadership teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, Construction, and Operations
- Translate technical possibilities into business outcomes
- Present AI strategies, impact metrics, and execution roadmaps to leadership
What We're Looking ForExperience
- 10–16 years of experience in AI / ML / Applied AI Leadership
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems
- Strong background in AI product engineering and enterprise AI deployment
- Experience leading AI / ML engineering teams at scale

Strong understanding of:

- Experience in real estate, construction, BFSI, or enterprise technology environments
