We are looking for a Chief AI Architect who is not looking for a job, but a venture. You will not just manage a team; you will write the core code, design the proprietary models, and own the technical vision from Day 1.
What You Will Build
- Core Architecture: Design and code the end-to-end AI architecture that powers our mortgage automation platform.
- LLM Integration: Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for document analysis, decision-making, and compliance checking.
- Agentic Workflows: Build autonomous agents capable of executing multi-step tasks within the mortgage lifecycle.
- Scalability: Ensure the system is secure, scalable, and compliant with financial regulations.
Who You Are
- A Builder: You are happiest when your IDE is open. You don't just architect on whiteboards; you ship production-grade code.
- AI Native: You have deep experience with Python, Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
- Domain Agnostic but Quick Learner: You may not know the mortgage industry yet, but you can learn the logic quickly to translate it into code.
