Role Overview: Secure a permanent seat on the Partners Management Council as Partner/CAO (remote, sole proprietor or ad-tech/media company owner). You architect and scale the studio's entire advertising revenue engine bridging creative brand storytelling with data-driven monetisation across FAST, AVOD, and hybrid ad tiers.

Your mandate: develop and execute end-to-end advertising sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals. Manage ad fill rate optimisation, pricing, and yield strategy for all programmatic and direct-sold placements. Build relationships with global and regional advertisers, media agencies, and sponsorship partners negotiating on-air placements, digital integrations, and co-branded campaigns. Oversee in-show product placement and brand integration in collaboration with the CPO. Lead cross-channel campaigns: digital, outdoor, event-based, and influencer activations aligned with content launches.

You build and manage ad operations: trafficking, reporting, inventory management, compliance (IAB, ad transparency, fraud prevention, data protection). You use first-party audience data to deliver value-based CPMs, segmented pitch decks, and attribution reporting to clients. You identify and implement new ad-tech solutions: programmatic, interactive ads, dynamic creative optimisation, and emerging OTT formats.

In short, you turn every viewer into ad revenue filling every pod, selling every slot, scaling every sponsorship across every platform.

Distinction from CRO and CMO: The CRO owns the full revenue pipeline subscriptions, licensing, syndication, B2B/B2C partnerships. From first cold call to collected payment, every revenue line runs through the CRO. The CMO fills the top of the funnel with audience growth, brand building, and demand generation. As CAO/Partner, you specialise in monetising ad inventory selling FAST slots, securing sponsorships and product placements, managing programmatic infrastructure (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs), and negotiating directly with brands and agencies. You align with the CMO on audience metrics and inventory packaging. You co-develop bundled offers with the CRO combining sponsorships with premium subscriptions. CMO fills the funnel, CRO monetises all revenue lines you monetise every viewer through advertising.

Compensation: 10% perpetual net revenue share on ALL ad revenues from every deal, placement, sponsorship, or campaign you originate, close, or materially influence. Zero salary, zero stipend pure revenue share, uncapped. You earn what you build.

Essential Qualifications: BA minimum in Advertising, Media, Broadcast, Marketing, or relevant experience. 30+ years old. Verified broadcast television or FAST/AVOD advertising portfolio. 10+ years in advertising sales leadership in digital media, television, or streaming (FAST/AVOD/SVOD). Proven track record driving ad revenue growth and closing partnerships with major brands and agencies. Deep understanding of ad-tech stacks and audience targeting tools (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, programmatic). Sole proprietor minimum. Dual nationality required.
