Chief Accounting Officer

Company Description DHANLAXMI CROP SCIENCE LIMITED is engaged in developing, producing, and marketing hybrid seeds for the agricultural sector.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Accounting Officer. The Chief Accounting Officer will oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger management, month-end and year-end closing, and consolidation of financial results.

The role involves leading the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with applicable standards and regulations.

The Chief Accounting Officer will also manage and mentor the accounting team, support system improvements, and provide clear financial insights to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundation, with demonstrated expertise in Accounting and Finance.
• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or equivalent, or strong progress toward such credential.
• Experience establishing and maintaining internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Accounting) is an advantage.
