Connect2Learn is looking for passionate and experienced Chess Coaches to join our growing online teaching team.
We're looking for chess coaches who can make learning engaging, interactive, and enjoyable for young learners.
Key Teaching Areas
- Chess Fundamentals and Rules
- Opening Principles and Strategies
- Chess Tactics and Combinations
- Middlegame Strategy
- Endgame Techniques
- Game Analysis
- Tournament Preparation
- Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
Ideal Candidate
- Experience teaching or coaching K–12 students
- Strong knowledge of chess fundamentals, tactics, strategy, and openings
- Prior online/EdTech teaching experience preferred
- Experience teaching beginners and intermediate-level students
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive 1-on-1 online classes
- Strong communication and student engagement skills
- Ability to personalise lessons according to each student's skill level
- Chess coaching, certification, or tournament experience is an advantage
- Experience teaching international students is an advantage
Night Shift Timing
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST
