Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging live and recorded lectures for Class 11 & 12 (Boards + MHT-CET).
- Simplify complex concepts and build strong fundamentals.
- Create academic resources including notes, assignments, tests, and PYQ discussions.
- Track student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Collaborate with the academic and content team to improve course quality.
- Contribute to YouTube and digital academic content when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong subject expertise in Physics or Chemistry (Class 1112 level).
- Excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Comfortable teaching on camera in a studio environment.
- Ability to use digital tools for online teaching.
Preferred
- Prior teaching experience for Boards / MHT-CET / JEE / NEET.
- Experience creating academic content or online lectures.
