Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced preparation
- Develop, review, and refine high-quality Chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations for AI training
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical structure in chemistry-related content
- Evaluate and enhance AI-generated Chemistry and Physics outputs for correctness and alignment with academic standards
- Debug and correct errors in AI-generated Chemistry reasoning and responses
- Collaborate with AI teams to improve conceptual accuracy and problem-solving methods
- Create step-by-step breakdowns of complex Chemistry concepts and solutions
- Stay current on JEE Advanced trends, syllabus updates, and exam strategies to maintain relevant content
Required Qualifications
- MSc in Chemistry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring students
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector with familiarity with JEE Main & Advanced exam formats
- Strong knowledge of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry at the JEE Advanced level
- Demonstrated success in improving students JEE scores
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptive to varied student needs
