Position: Chemistry Expert (PhD)

Who you are & how you can contribute:

We are seeking a Chemistry expert with a PhD degree to join our team in a fully remote, flexible role focused on advancing AI capabilities. Your expertise will play a key role in annotating data and refining AI models using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) techniques.

What you will be doing:

• Annotate Chemistry-related data to enhance AI comprehension and accuracy.
• Review and provide feedback on AI-generated responses to ensure scientific correctness.
• Develop problem sets and detailed solutions for AI training purposes.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers to improve AI performance in Chemistry.

Must-Have Traits:

• Strong academic background in Chemistry (PhD preferred).
• Experience in Chemistry education, research, or content creation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation processes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
