Lead Chemistry academics for Foundation (Grades 6–10) and JEE/NEET curriculum. Focus on curriculum design, content development, student performance, and managing a team of faculty/SME

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and standardize Chemistry curriculum (CBSE + JEE/NEET foundation)
• Plan academic schedules and ensure syllabus completion
• Develop study materials, worksheets, question banks, and revision notes
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and proper difficulty progression
• Design and review assessments (school + competitive level)
• Analyze student performance and recommend improvements
• Manage a team of 8–10 Chemistry faculty
• Allocate work and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

Candidate Profile :

• 5+ years teaching experience (JEE/NEET Chemistry)
• Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
• Experience in curriculum planning and content creation
• Prior team handling experience preferred
