Role Description The Chemistry Faculty (CBSE) will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Chemistry lessons for classes 11 & 12, aligned with CBSE curriculum standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching core and advanced concepts in Physical Chemistry and related topics, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, assigning and reviewing homework, and designing practice tests and assessments. The faculty will monitor student progress, provide individualized academic support, participate in parent-teacher interactions, and contribute to curriculum enhancement and exam preparation strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular classroom teaching and active participation in academic activities conducted by Basu Classes.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in Chemistry, including Physical Chemistry, with the ability to teach CBSE classes 11 & 12 effectively.
• Ability to integrate relevant concepts from Physics to support interdisciplinary understanding where appropriate.
• Experience with Curriculum Development and lesson planning for CBSE board examinations.
• Research skills to update teaching materials, incorporate new methodologies, and align content with current academic standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Prior teaching or coaching experience with CBSE board students, preferably at the secondary and senior secondary levels.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and learner engagement skills.
• Ability to provide personalized academic support and maintain a student-centric, inclusive learning environment.
