About the Role:
We are hiring a passionate Chemistry BSc. Expert to support the next generation of AI systems through high-quality subject expertise. In this role, you will contribute to training advanced AI models by reviewing scientific content, improving response accuracy, and helping build chemistry-focused datasets. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible hours, ideal for individuals who enjoy combining science with innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and annotate Chemistry-related content for AI model training.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers for scientific correctness, clarity, and depth.
- Create and validate chemistry questions, explanations, and structured solutions.
- Support development of datasets across organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry topics.
- Provide detailed feedback to improve model reasoning and subject understanding.
- Collaborate with internal teams working on RLHF, SFT, and model refinement projects.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Chemistry or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of core Chemistry concepts and applications.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Clear written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, research, laboratory work, or academic content creation.
- Familiarity with AI training workflows, data annotation, or machine learning projects.
- Higher qualification such as MSc in Chemistry is an advantage.
