As a Chemist, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, performing research and development, and ensuring quality control to support product innovation and safety. You will analyze materials, develop new formulations, and document findings to optimize product performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The position requires close collaboration with the team to achieve high standards of excellence within the laboratory environment.

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data effectively
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) for product innovation and improvement
• Proficiency in Research methodologies to contribute to scientific exploration and advancements
• Adept at problem-solving, critical thinking, and detail orientation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance is highly desirable
