Job Title : Sales Coordinator

Company : Indenta Chemicals (India) Pvt ltd

Base Location : Andheri east (Head Office) –(very close to WEH Metro Station)

Job Type : Full Time

Industry : Chemical/ Pharma/ Manufacturing

Reports to : Business Manager- operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated fresher with a chemical background to support the sales team in handling customer coordination, order processing, and basic technical documentation. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in the chemical industry and gain exposure to sales operations and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks

Handle customer enquiries and forward technical questions to the concerned team

Prepare basic sales documents such as quotations, order confirmations, and invoices

Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for order execution

Maintain sales data, customer records, and follow-up status in Excel/ERP

Support preparation of documents like MSDS, COA, and product datasheets

Track order status and inform customers about delivery schedules

Learn product specifications, applications, and safety guidelines

Assist in preparing sales reports and MIS

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / BSc / MSc Chemistry

Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience)

Basic understanding of chemical concepts and safety norms

Skills & Attributes

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Willingness to learn sales processes and chemical products

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email)

Good coordination and follow-up skills

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Positive attitude and team player
